Obligatory iPad Test :)
So I finally went out and got myself an iPad. Other than the cool factor (the primary reason I purchased one) I hoped to have a very convenient device that would require zero bootup time and a form factor that’s both large enough to be productive with yet small enough to not want to leave behind when I know I’ll want some real network access My one day impression…. Quirky, very betaish, not quite ready for prime time but as a geek at heart I love it! As it stands now I can do my email, social networking, word and excel files and manage WordPress blogs. Base or Mobile?
At risk of dating myself when one would ask “Base or Mobile?” it used to be they were referring to CB Radio. Thinking about it thought social media has itself evolved through a CB-like stage even in it’s early beginnings when the Compuserve chatrooms were referred to as CB.
